Charges does not include:
- Expenses of personal nature, such as: Laundry, telephone calls, mini-bar bills, etc.
- Any other tours apart from those listed under inclusions
- No meal transfers
- Convention/conference/peak season surcharge if any.
- National Park fee All Island tours would be payable @ 400 THB/Pax at own
•The above rates are a quotation and no reservation has been processed at the time of this request.
•Hotel rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
•Quotation would be revised in case of any change in the package requirement.
•The rates do not include any surcharges (if applicable).
•Maximum waiting time for SIC tours & transfers will be 05 mins only from the time Guide/ Driver have reported at the hotel for pick-up.
•Maximum waiting time for PRIVATE tours & transfers will be 15 mins only from the time Guide/ Driver have reported at the hotel for pick-up.
•Any guests not found at the time of vehicle arrival would be considered NO SHOW and no refund or re-instating of their tour on another day or time would be considered.

Suvarnabhumi Airport – Pattaya Hotel : Coach/Van schedule: 08:00 / 12:00 / 14:00 / 16:00 / 18:00
Bangkok Hotel - Suvarnabhumi Airport : Pick-up Time From Hotel: 08:30 / 12:30 / 16:30 (Estimate as subject to traffic)

Standard Check In time @ 14.00 Hrs
Standard Check out time @ 12.00 Hrs
Any special request such as adjacent rooms, interconnecting rooms, room on the same floor, 1 king size / 1 double bed, early check in, late check out, non/smoking room, etc. is subject to availability upon check-in of the guest and is at the hotel's discretion. We will request this for you as priority.

For any bookings : - INR and Foreign Currency : - Passport & PAN CARD copies for all the clients are mandatory.
As per RBI guidelines, KYC norms have to be followed and with immediate effect it is mandatory to collect passport copies of all passengers traveling against all payment ( Foreign Currency / INR / Cheque / Remittance, etc).
Payments are accepted only in the following currencies - USD, INR. Always check with us for Rate of Exchange before collecting payment from client.
