Customers prefers to online portals to save a tiny booking fee, only to realize that a *"ONLINE PORTAL'S CONTACT US"* button doesn't have much empathy.

*When things got tough with IndiGo, it was the Offline / Professinal Travel Agents who stepped in with instant solutions—even for clients who didn't book with them.*
_*While the portals were charging hidden fees and ignoring calls, Local Agents were personally handling every refund and date change instantly.*_
Many customers book on their own to save a few bucks, but when issues arise, they expect travel agents to fix them. Even when we warn that we can’t support self-booked trips, they ignore that such issues can happen they overlook the risks.
Spot on — and here’s the blunt reality:

Cheap price, cashback, and convenience win.
Loyalty? Optional.
📌 When things go wrong:
Suddenly, everyone wants the travel agent — quick response, personal support, and someone who actually picks up the phone.
Because here’s the truth:

🔹 A human is priceless when everything does.
Customers may chase savings first —
but they always value service last.
And that’s where travel agents shine.
