UV-C Solution offered by us:
1.UV Lamp shall be double ended, Mini – Bi Pin, High Output Quartz lamp, with current of 800 mA each producing UVC @ 253.7 nm wavelength only.
An UVC (254 nm wavelength) irradiation with an exposure time of 15 minutes at irradiation intensity of 4647 μW/Cm2 (ISHRAE Recommends 4016 μW/Cm2 )
UV lamp should have a Aluminum Reflector coating & lamp output shall not drop by more than 20% after 12,000 hrs of operation.
Power source to be part of the enclosure housing the UV lamps.
The power source will be an electronic type, rapid start with a power factor greater than 0.9 and an energy conversion of at least 75% and have an output matched to the length of the UV lamp.
The power source shall be constant current output over input voltage range of 190 to 270 VAC, 1 phase to ensure effective lamp life.
The Air velocity at face of filter shall be not more than 2.54 m/s. Plug and play with Honeywell Electronic Air cleaners .
The UV lamps net wattage density should be greater 0.26 inch per watt of UV-C produced.
The UV System shall be designed to achieve 90%-99% deactivation of Air pathogens under 3 Air passes.
