Visiting The Shrine of Imam Husain (a.s) is obligatory upon men and women
Question (2): Is this necessity allocated to men alone or are women also included? Answer: It includes women as well, and various venerable narrations have confirmed that there is no difference between men and women in this matter. It has been narrated from Um Saeed Al-Ahmasiyah that she said: "I was asked by Imam Sadiq (a.s): Do you visit the shrine of Imam Hussain (a.s)? He then said: visit him because the visiting of Imam Hussain (a.s) is obligatory upon both men and women."
