At the outset, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Mrs Veena Patil, the spirit behind Veena World, for turning the travel dreams of millions of Indians into reality. Whether it is domestic or international, spiritual or personal, Veena World has made it possible.
Speaking of our own experience, we had always dreamt of visiting Europe and exploring its culture, history, and monuments up close. Veena World helped us fulfil that dream, and we are truly grateful.
We would also like to mention our tour manager, Mr Sachin. He reflected the true spirit and values of the organisation with sincerity and dedication.
While travelling in a distant country, we always felt safe and well looked after. This was possible because of careful planning and timely guidance, especially in matters like passport handling. Full credit to Sachin for this.
Serving familiar food in a foreign land is always a challenge, but Veena World managed it quite well and to a large extent.
Transport under the guidance of our captain Evan was very smooth and comfortable. Even with long journeys, we never felt tired.
The itinerary was well designed and followed properly.
The pre-departure meetings were very helpful, especially for first-time travellers like us.
The hotels were good, although the bathroom arrangements could have been better. However, we understand this may have been beyond your control.
We would also like to thank Mrs Prapti from the corporate office and Mrs Sayali Karandikar from the Hubli branch for their excellent support throughout.
To sum up, the entire experience was truly memorable. We hope to travel with Veena World again in the future.

Firstly, a big thank you to the entire Veena World team for arranging such a wonderful holiday to Nepal for us. We had a great experience throughout our journey.

We began with darshan at the Pashupatinath Temple in Kathmandu, followed by a visit to the Buddha Stupa. Both were memorable moments. Our stay at Kasara Resort in Chitwan was equally unforgettable. The guide arranged a private open jeep tour through the jungle, where we ventured deep into the forest and were lucky enough to spot wild rhinos. To our surprise, the guide had even organised breakfast right there in the middle of the forest. It was a truly unique experience.

Later that evening, we went on a canoe ride to observe the lake and surrounding wildlife. Again, something special for all of us.
We then travelled to Pokhara, where we were treated to stunning views of the Himalayan range, including a beautiful sunrise that we’ll never forget. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel in Pokhara, especially the clean, well-maintained swimming pool. The tour of Pokhara city was equally enjoyable.

We also explored the Bat Cave, where we entered a dark tunnel with torches in hand. The guide helped us through a dramatic escape route via a very narrow channel, which was definitely one of the more exciting parts of the tour.
On our return journey to Kathmandu and then home, we carried back countless memories of a fantastic experience. Veena World also arranged a special evening to celebrate my son’s achievement, complete with a lovely cake and decorations. It was a thoughtful gesture we truly appreciated. From the driver to all hotel bookings, everything was well managed. The Veena World team also checked in regularly to ensure our well-being during the tour.
