Volvo vintage racing car, base on Volvo Amazon 122S 2-door sedan released in 1967. It has stored since 2013.

Need more touches it to get back to race ready. The engine was built by John Parker in 2010.

It's a B20 block (2000cc) with 123 Ignition distributor, R-Sport intake with dual Weber DCOE 45s and a Ron Davis custom radiator.

The gearbox is the M40 4-speed with a spare gearbox as well.

The car sits on P1800 ES front and rear end with two sets of the Virgo Turbo wheels and disc brakes all the way around.

The spare axle has 4.56 gears and a welded diff.

In addition to the engine and transmission options, there was also coupe or convertible options available.

Only seven of these convertible models with four-speeds and a Hemi engine rolled off of the assembly line in the 1967 model year.

The Daimler V8 was a four-door saloon produced in Coventry, England by Daimler.

Launched late in 1962.

Essentially a rebadged Jaguar Mark 2 fitted with Daimler's particularly smooth 2.5-litre V8 engine and drive-train, a special Daimler fluted (furrowed brow) grille and rear number plate surround, distinctive wheel trims, badges, and interior details (such as a split-bench front seat and a black enamel steering wheel) and special interior and exterior colours with its soft V8 burble.
