INDIGO AIRLINES WEBSITE GETTING HACKED...

Pls note that it has become everyday case that airlines website is getting hacked and tickets are being cancelled by the hackers and New tickets are issued by the hacker in same ID......!! Ultimately the client is going through the mental trauma and the burden of heavy finanacial losses !!!

Customers those who have booked tickets with Indigo are suffering as airlines is NOT SUPPORTING its clients....INDIGO AIRLINES PEOPLE REFUSING TO ANSWER CALLS OR TAKE ANY ACTION.

THE SECURITY SYSTEM USED BY INDIGO AIRLINES IS VERY WEAK AND EASY TO CRACK....INDIGO AIRLINES DO NOT USE TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATION....HENCE ANYONE CAN JUST CALL ON THEIR CALL CENTER OR LOGIN TO THEIR WEBSITE AND CANCEL OR AMEND THE TICKETS WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTIFICATION OR SECURITY.. THE TRAINED HACKERS CAN EASILY ACCESS THEIR SYSTEM AND MAKE CHANGES AS PER THEIR WILL....!!

Requesting all the friends to beware and get cautious while booking indigo airlines.....as this can easily happen with anyone and DO NOT EXPECT ANY SUPPORT FROM INDIGO STAFF .....BECAUSE THEY HAVE STARTED TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE GARBAGE....!!!

This is to inform all our dear clients that...In case of Airline tickets for ANY AIRLINES (DOMESTIC OR INTERNATIONAL) Pushpak Tours and Travels is and has been working in the capacity of an commission agent for the airlines as an issuing agent ONLY.

We charge a nominal fee from our clients for issuing any such said air travel tickets.
To issue any such confirmed tickets we use AIRLINES DIRECT SALES WEBSITES AND CHANNELS provided to us by the airlines and registered under the business norms.

For any such registered channel or websites, We, Pushpak Tours and Travels DO NOT have any control of over the technology provided to us by the airlines.

In recent times, we have faced really tough situations and conditions in where the airlines is getting bankrupt or the AIRLINES WEBSITE is getting HACKED. In any such uncertain and unforseen events Pushpak Tours shall not be held responsible for any loss suffered to our clients.

We will take responsibility OR refund amount that is limited to the amount of commissions we have charged to our clients.

We believe and work with very precise and transparent policies for our clients and as well as for our business.
