Wine Tour Experience with Parul University Students

Over the last two days, I had the privilege of hosting a for 40 students from , Vadodara, Gujarat. As part of their academic curriculum, the 7th Semester B.Tech students from Parul Institute visited Nashik to explore the journey of wine — from — under my guidance.

We began our tour with the iconic Sula Vineyards, where the students showed great enthusiasm in learning about fermentation technology and various stages of . Their curiosity and active participation made the session truly interactive and insightful.

The students were also trained in tasting six different wines, helping them understand sensory evaluation and appreciate the unique characteristics and craftsmanship behind each wine.

On Day 2, we visited the globally renowned Winery, where the students gained in-depth knowledge about the traditional method of making sparkling wines — a perfect continuation of their learning experience.

Each student was presented with a Certificate of Attendance from Nashik Wine Tours, marking their successful completion of this educational journey.

It was a wonderful experience filled with learning, exploration, and inspiring the future professionals of the wine industry! 🍇🍷

What a wonderful experience! A great gesture from Mr. Ashok and his family, pairing a Dry German Sparkling Wine, Sohnlein Brilliant, made using the Charmat method, with garlic bread and pizza at The special touch of the pizza being made by their daughter, Janki, adds a personal and heartfelt element to the occasion. What a delightful combination of fine wine and homemade food! It was really a memorable moment.

Once Again a study tour of the group from North-East ...
The Focus - Exposure Visit Winery 2024 from Mizoram, a group of 14 including the government officials, Farmers and the Wine Makers were at Nashik Valley Wine Nvwpa to explore and take lessons on Wine making who on the first day visited followed by dinner hosted by with Mr. Jagdish Holkar & Vikrant Holkar, etc.
The 2nd Day started with some technical visits to a couple of Tank manufacturing units followed by lunch at in the and also visiting and last but not the least & concluding the tour with te must visit winery
