A Proud Independence Day Moment 🇮🇳
Today, on the occasion of Independence Day, I had the great honour of being felicitated by Jhunjhunu Collector Shri Arun Garg, in recognition of my contribution towards heritage conservation, responsible tourism, and the promotion of Rajasthan’s rich indigenous culture and traditions.
As the Founder of Baisa’s Adventures, Shekhawati, this recognition holds a very special place in my heart. The citation beautifully acknowledges:
“For an outstanding contribution to the promotion of Shekhawati tourism and the preservation of its cultural and equestrian heritage.”
Baisa’s Adventures has always been about more than travel. It is about keeping our traditions alive, supporting local communities and artisans, celebrating the magnificent Marwari horse, and sharing the soul of Shekhawati with travellers from across the world.
I also had the honour of meeting Additional District Magistrate Shri Ajay Kumar Arya and Shri Devendra Singh on this special occasion. It was a privilege to share this moment with such esteemed members of the district administration.
Also had the pleasure of meeting Prerna from the treasury department, Jhunjhunu district.
Grateful for this recognition and even more inspired to continue the journey of preserving our heritage, celebrating our culture, and creating meaningful and responsible experiences rooted in Rajasthan.
