Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) comes up with a unique way to woo passengers, will now offer passengers over 25 varieties of tea, which can further be customised in over 12,000 ways. IRCTC has also launched a mobile app through which orders can be placed.

IRCTC started Cash On Delivery for Train tickets.

The delivery charges will be similar to IRCTC I-tickets i.e. INR 40 for each sleeper class ticket and INR 60 for AC.

IRCTC TATKAL RESERVATION TIMING

The ARP (Advance Reservation Period) of Tatkal scheme is reduced from two days to one day excluding the day of journey from the train originating station. Tatkal ARP booking is not allowed before 10:00 am.
