Kerala, a state on India's tropical Malabar Coast, has nearly 600km of Arabian Sea shoreline. It's known for its palm-lined beaches & backwaters, a network of canals. Inland are the Western Ghats, mountains whose slopes support tea, coffee & spice plantations as well as wildlife. National parks like Eravikulam & Periyar, plus Wayanad & other sanctuaries, are home to elephants, langur monkeys & tigers.

Over the years my husband Dominic and I have run numerous winter yoga breaks here and we feel it is now time to return.

Far away from mass tourism & totally unspoilt, our delightful beachside resort is the perfect location for a winter retreat. From here we like to travel on & discover other parts of this wonderfully diverse region of South India.

Although it’s some time off we have to make our plans for group yoga holidays well in advance. We would really like to bring another lovely yoga group here and make some new memories.

The date for our winter 2025 North Kerala 8 night retreat is now optioned with the resort for Saturday 15 - Sunday 23 February
