Recently, our team went on an offsite - not just to strengthen our bond, but also to kickstart our latest initiative:

Armed with gloves and garbage bags, we collected plastic bottles, wrappers, discarded clothes, and every other piece of non-biodegradable waste we found along the way, carrying it back down with us.

But the most rewarding part wasn't the amount of waste we collected. It was seeing complete strangers stop, appreciate what we were doing, and join us in the effort. It reminded us that sometimes, people don't need a lecture - they just need an example.

We often talk about responsible travel on social media, but it's time to go beyond being Instagram warriors and start taking action on the ground. Making a difference doesn't require a big campaign or a huge investment. All you need is a pair of gloves, a garbage bag, and the willingness to care.

The next time you're descending from a mountain, bring back a bag of plastic waste with you. Better yet, carry a few extra garbage bags and gloves so you can hand them to someone who gets inspired by watching you. One small act can create a ripple effect.

Because sometimes, people just need a small example to start.
