Some seasons are remembered by the places we visited, others by the people who made every journey worth remembering. This Spiti season gave us countless reasons to look back and smile, from breathtaking landscapes and unforgettable nights under the stars to moments that turned strangers into lifelong Wravellers.

From all-girls batches to backpacking adventures and biking journeys, every batch brought its own story. And what a season it was, with one of our Spiti biking batches bringing together 100+ bikes on a single journey. Roads were conquered, Chandratal was witnessed, stars were chased, and memories were made at every turn.

As we close another incredible Spiti season, we’re taking back more than photographs. We’re taking back stories, friendships, laughter and a thousand reasons to return. Until the mountains call us again, here’s to a season that will stay with us for a long, long time.

I fell in love with travel long before I actually started traveling.

As a child, whenever someone asked me about my dream, my answer was simple: I wanted to see as much of the world as I could. Years later, between work, responsibilities and the same routine repeating itself, I realized why travel had always felt different. It made me feel present.

For me, travel isn’t just about changing the scenery. It’s about changing the pace of life. It’s waking up somewhere unfamiliar, taking a road without knowing where it leads, discovering local food, hearing new stories, and meeting new people who slowly become part of your own story.

One of my most special memories came from Ladakh. One evening, locals, our group and the resort staff came together and danced to Ladakhi songs. Watching the locals teach us their dance moves, with so much joy and pride in their culture, reminded me that sometimes the most beautiful part of a place is its people.

Every journey has left something behind — a new perspective, a story, a little more courage, or simply a reminder to slow down.

That’s why I keep traveling. Somewhere between unfamiliar roads and new places, I always seem to find a slightly different version of myself.

Maybe that’s what travel is really about; feeling alive, collecting stories, and finding little pieces of yourself along the way.

As the saying goes, “We travel not to escape life, but for life not to escape us.”
