Meenvallam Waterfalls.
A waterfalls hidden inside the deep forests from Thuppanad Junction on the Palakkad-Manarkkad route, the Meenvallam waterfalls are nearly 20 to 25 feet high and the depth is around 15 to 20 feet. Located in Palakkad district, this ten steps waterfall, of which eight are situated in the upper hills inside the dense forest.
A bonus will be the sight of wild elephants. This destination is located near the agrarian village of Karimba which is on the fringes of the Silent Valley National Park area. The high temperatures of Palakkad are kept in check by the cool air that blows from the forest.
