Thanks to Books For All, our classroom now has a beautiful wall-hanging library—filled with colourful books that are already winning little hearts. 💛

Now we have so many wonderful books to read, share, and dream with. 🌿📖
Here’s to continuing our reading practices and exploring new worlds together. ✨

🏆 From Gobuk to Glory! 🏆

Today, the entire village of Gobuk came together — young and old, friends and families — to welcome home the hero, Olento Tekseng, National Arm Wrestling Champion 🥇🥈

With gold in his left and silver in his right, Olento has not only conquered the national stage but has lifted the pride of an entire community 💪✨❤️

In a grand reception filled with pride and emotion, we didn’t just celebrate a victory — we celebrated the spirit of unity, hard work, and belief.

And that’s a wrap to the Biodiversity Meet 2.0 !

This incredible week ended just the way Gobuk loves it — with the traditional Ponung folk dance 💃, soulful songs 🎶, shared laughter, and stories around the fire. It ended just as beautifully as it began — with stories, laughter, and a quiet promise to return again.

A week of celebrating nature, community, and culture in the heart of Gobuk — etched now in memory and spirit.

Thank you to everyone who made this week unforgettable and the meet possible — our local champions, guests, partners, and the ever-spirited community of Gobuk.

Here's to more forest magic, more connections, and many more Biodiversity Meets to come!

Introducing the first ever Super Meimei Trail!

As part of Biodiversity Meet 2.0, we're thrilled to launch the Super Meimei Trails — the newest addition to our celebration of nature and community 🌿✨

Led by the incredible Super Meimei team, guests explored Gobuk through their eyes — learning about their deep relationship with the land 🌾, trying out jungle shampoo from native herbs 🍃, and even adorning themselves with beautiful jungle jewellery made from forest finds ✨

These trails are more than just walks — they’re stories, memories, and wisdom shared by the women who know this land best.

Biodiversity Meet 2.0 is here!

Gobuk is buzzing once again as the second edition of the Biodiversity Meet kicks off—brought to life by our local champions, Epum Sirum Welfare Society and the ever-vibrant Titli Trust, our much loved Popir Party!

Passionate Guests from across the country have gathered to celebrate nature, wildlife, stories, and community. We're so glad to have Rita Ma’am from Green Hub, Shibani Ma’am from Royal Enfield, and Merwyn Sir from Further and Beyond joining us for this green gathering in the heart of Gobuk.

Exciting times ahead at Green School in Gobuk. We’re happy to introduce Episode 1 of Season 1 of our journey with the ‘Super Mei Mei Programme’ at Green School! 🌱 This new chapter empowers local Self-Help Groups to take charge of our Nature education efforts, ensuring a bright future for both the school and the community.

Under the shade of the trees, we gathered with our dedicated SHG members for our first episode, brainstorming and planning for the times to come. 🌳✨ It’s all about collaboration, learning, and growing together!

From lively meetings to creative activities in our newly developed Green Classroom, the energy is contagious! 🎨 These moments of creativity and connection remind us why we’re here: to nurture a love for nature and build a sustainable future for all.

We invite you to join us and support this journey in any way you can, whether it’s sharing our story, volunteering, or contributing resources. Every bit helps us build a brighter, more sustainable future together! 💚
