*Position Summary:*
We are urgently looking for a Ticketing Executive with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in GDS – Galileo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling domestic and international ticket bookings, itinerary planning, fare calculations, and customer support.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Handle air ticket reservations, modifications, cancellations, and reissues using Galileo GDS.
2. Provide accurate fare quotes, issue tickets, and ensure timely communication with clients.
3. Coordinate with airlines and vendors for bookings and support.
4. Assist clients with itinerary planning and travel solutions.
5. Ensure excellent customer service and respond to queries promptly.
6. Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.

*Requirements:*

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in ticketing with hands-on knowledge of Galileo GDS.
2. Good understanding of domestic and international travel routes, fares, and airline policies.
3. Strong communication and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
5. Bachelor's degree or diploma in travel & tourism is preferred.

Yesterday Director of our Australian entity Rakesh Ganjoo attended an Event organized by AB Entertainment. Not only event name was awesome but in fact the event was mesmerizing and melodious. Prathamesh Laghate and Mugdha Vaishampayan took this event to another world. These four hours were one of the best hours of the life of our director.
