Adventure Mantra’s Instructor Training Program (Level 1 & 2) is designed for those who want to move beyond adventure and step into leadership, responsibility, and professional outdoor facilitation.

Set in the stunning village of Turtuk, this 5-day immersive training focuses on real skills required to design and lead meaningful outdoor programs.

Participants will learn:
* Program & expedition design
* Risk assessment & safety systems
* Group management & facilitation
* Logistics and operations planning
* Emergency response foundations
* Cultural sensitivity & responsible tourism
