This is in Kruger , South Africa. Last day of our expedition. Amit , Mukul were too anxious to see a Cheetah. We had seen enough..... Hyeanas and Lions fighting over a Giraffe kill , A Lioness rubbing her back on our car , her mate sitting next to Mukul's window ..a majestic young lion. Marshal eagle, Batteleur, Kori Bustard , Red billed oxpecker, Red headed Baya , Crested Barbet .... all my favourites. This was our very first early expeditions to Kruger-- 4 years ago. BUT
All they longed was for a Cheetah. Today was the last chance, last few minutes remaining in the evening game ride. Just on the Malelane road, as we were rushing through, this majestic specimen appeared as he looks here .... the evening sun adding to the beauty of his ....an fitting end to our safari.
