Mattupetty Dam, Munnar, Kerala..

Mattupetty is a picturesque hill station located near Anamudi peaks and just 13 kms away from Munnar. Mattupetty dam lies at 1,700 mtrs. and very much famous for lush green valleys, tea plantations, dense jungles and the cool breeze. Mattupetty dam is a haven for many wild animals and birds thanks to the constant supply of water. Boating on the still waters of the lake is an ideal way to enjoy the surrounding tea gardens and wilderness.
