Sinhagad fort has two main entry doors. One is Pune Darwaja which is in the northeast direction & 2nd is Kalyan Darwaja which is in the southeast direction. Kalyan darwaja has different & unique architecture. If you look from Kalyan village you can't locate the door because the door is hidden on the inner side of the bastion ( Buruj ). In marathis this architecture is called "गोमुख" / "गोमुखाकार" door.

“Andharban”, the word itself means dense dark forest. Andharban is one of the most beautiful and must do trek in Sahyadris😍

Andharban (or Dark Forest) is a dense forest located in Tamhini Ghat Maharashtra, Andharban trek is an ideal monsoon trek, shaded for the most part, and its speciality is that it’s a descending trail all the way. This is an evergreen Sahyadri forest, covered in mist and dreamy forest landscape in the Tamhini Ghats.

The foliage is abundantly thick with cascading waterfalls as well as still water ponds. You will enjoy stunning views of Kundalika Valley and amazing species of flora and fauna. Landscape of this trail is fabulous.
