Uttarakhand has lifted all travel restrictions for inter-state travelers.
The new guidelines suggest that you no longer need a COVID-negative report, or an e-permit which was essential earlier. Starting today, the compulsory 2-day booking restriction for tourists is also lifted. All that you need to do is to register yourself on Dehradun Smart City Limited website before your travel.

Now anyone can enter or exit Himachal Pradesh without e-pass, registration or COVID-19 negative test report.

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur added that the move would result in reviving the state economy as more tourists will now be able to come to Himachal Pradesh.
