SYAN Outddors' Goa Beach Camp 2015.
Itinerary :
Day 1(Wed) - Assembly at Fergusson College main gate at 08:00pm. Departure at 09:00pm by Non Ac Semi luxury (2x2) pushback bus.
Day 2(Thurs) – Arrive Resorte Santa Monica at 09:00am. Freshen up & Breakfast followed with Room Allotments, Briefing & Orientation. Post Lunch proceed to Baga Beach. Time at leisure, Swimming & Snap Hunt activity (02 kms radius). Proceed back to resort around 21:00hrs for Dinner & overnight stay.
Day 3(Fri) – Post breakfast proceed to Candolim Beach (North Goa) and visit the Aguada Fort Area and the beach. Evening a peaceful dinner on a Deck at the Love. Passion. Karma. and have fun party.
Day 4(Sat) – Post breakfast visit the Chapora Fort (from Dil Chahta Hai) & then Anjuna Beach (Curlies, Shiva Valley etc.) & then test your driving skills with Go-karting (10 laps). Evening visit the very famous Saturday Night market. Arrive resort for Dinner & overnight stay. (www.snmgoa.com).
Day 5(Sun) - Post Breakfast packup & checkout & furthur proceed to South Goa (Palolem Beach) southern most tip (One of the most beautiful beaches) & then proceed to the Butterfly Island(with a boat ride) from there. Post Dinner depart for from Goa @ 23:00hrs.
Day 6(Mon) – Arrive Pune @ 10:00am CAMP ENDS!

* Stay for 03 nights & 04 days @ Hotel Fatima Villa in Ac rooms on Triple sharing basis.
* 04 Breakfasts, 03 Lunches, 03 Dinners (Veg & Non-veg)
* Transport from Pune – Goa –Pune in 2x2 Non Ac pushback bus.
* Sightseeing for 04 days as per mentioned in the itinerary.
* Go-Karting (10 laps per person).

Cost does not Include –

Camp Kit : Clothes as per 05 Days of usage comprising of Tshirts, shorts, 3/4th’s, trackpants, jeans and toiletries; Swimming Costume/ Trunks/ Lycra shorts compulsory in the pool, Sun cap , Sungoggles, Sunscream, Floaters and shoes, Waterbottle, Spare Plastic Bags and Ziplock bags, Small shoulder bag and Main Haversack/ Suitcase.
• Photo ID compulsory.

Extra Cash : 01 lunch, 1 dinner, Evening snacks, soft drinks & mineral water shall be around Rs.1,000/- & shopping/miscellaneous/emergency cash around Rs.1,000/-.

Rules & Regulations :
• Camp will be conducted under specific guidelines and as per the itinerary decided.
• Indisciplined, indecent behavior or any such action which is detrimental to the conduct of the camp will not be tolerated & will lead to instant disqualification with penalty.
• Any action by the participant that degrades, deteriorates or damages the environment will lead to instant disqualification with penalty.
• Mandatory equipment is to be carried by all participants. Participants should carry all the medicines as prescribed by their personal physicians.
• All decisions given by the Camp officials will be final and binding on all the participants.
• The rules and regulations may be subject to change without prior information at the discretion of officials and under circumstances as may be considered appropriate by officials.
• No participant will venture into the water unless expressly permitted by the Camp officials.

Cancellation Policy -
• Cancellation charges – Cancellation charges will be applicable after the Receipt is issued and will cover all situations such as injuries, sickness, exams, interviews, selection in tournaments etc.
1. Immediate Cancellation within 05 days after receipt being issued - 10% deduction.
2. 30 days before prior departure - 25% of the Tour Cost will be deducted.
3. Between 15 – 30 days – 50% of the Tour Cost will be deducted.
4. Between 10 - 15 days - 75% of the Tour Cost will be deducted
5. Less than 10 days – 100% of the Tour Cost will be Deducted (No Refund).
