(Kerala Tourism listed https://www.keralatourism.org/serviced-villas/casa-de-ic/5586 ). നമ്മൾ രണ്ടര വർഷമായി കേട്ടോ. ജനുവരി, ഫെബ്രുവരി, മാർച്ച്‌ മാസങ്ങൾ പൊതുവെ ഹോട്ടൽ, റിസോർട്, ഹോംസ്റ്റേ എന്നിവകൾക്ക് ലോ സീസൺ ആണ്. ഈ വർഷം ഏപ്രിൽ- മെയ്‌ മാസങ്ങളിൽ നല്ല തിരക്കായിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ ജൂണിൽ വീണ്ടും ഒരു ഇടവേള. ജൂലൈ മുതൽ സെപ്റ്റംബർ വരെ വളരെ തിരക്കാണ് പൊതുവെ. രണ്ട് വില്ലകളും ഏകദേശം സെപ്റ്റംബർ വരെ പൂർണമായും ബുക്കിങ് ആയിരുന്നു. പിന്നീട് കുറയുമെന്ന് വിചാരിച്ചു. ഇല്ല, 2025 ജനുവരി വരെയും തിരക്കിലായി. USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Qatar, UAE, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad എന്നിവടങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുമുള്ളവരാണ് ഗസ്റ്റുകൾ (Indians & foreigners) ഏറെയും. നമ്മുടെ വീടിന്റെ ഓരോ ഏരിയയും നന്നായി സീൽ ചെയ്തതാണ്. എങ്കിലും നമ്മുടെ നാടിന്റെ ഭൂപ്രകൃതിയും കാലാവസ്ഥയും കാരണം, പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് മഴ സീസൺ തുടങ്ങിയാൽ , ചിലന്തി, പല്ലി, അട്ട എന്നിവ പ്രധാനമായും മുറികളിലേക്ക് കടക്കാൻ ശ്രമം ആരംഭിക്കും. നമ്മുടെ ഗസ്റ്റുകൾ ഇതൊക്കെ അനുഭവിക്കാത്തവർ ആണ് ഏറെയും. ആയതിനാൽ, ഇന്റഗ്രേറ്റഡ് പെസ്റ്റ് മാനേജ്മെന്റ് സംവിധാനം ഏർപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള ഏക കേരള ടൂറിസം ലിസ്റ്റഡ് സർവീസ്ഡ് വില്ലയാണ് നമ്മുടേത്. ഗസ്റ്റിന്റെ സേഫ്റ്റി & സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ആണ് പ്രധാനം. ഒരു പുതിയ സ്ഥലം, നായയ്ക്കും അതിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവിനും ഒരുപോലെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുള്ളതായിരിക്കും. ബോർഡിംഗ് കൂടുതൽ സുഖകരമായ അനുഭവമാക്കി മാറ്റാൻ മനുഷ്യരായ നമുക്ക് ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയുന്ന നിരവധി കാര്യങ്ങളുണ്ട്. കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം തമിഴ്നാട്ടിൽ നിന്നുമുള്ള ഒരു ഗസ്റ്റ് കുടുംബത്തോടൊപ്പം റാന്നി ചെത്തോംകരയിലുള്ള നമ്മുടെ casa de IC സർവീസ്ഡ് വില്ലയിൽ 3 ദിവസം താമസിക്കാൻ അന്വേഷിച്ചപ്പോൾ, അവർക്ക് പ്രധാനമായും അറിയേണ്ടിയിരുന്നത് അവരുടെ പ്രിയപ്പെട്ട നായ (Yorkshire Terrier) അവരോടൊപ്പം ഉണ്ടാവും, അതിനുള്ള സൗകര്യം ഉണ്ടോ എന്നായിരുന്നു. അവർ പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചതിലും മികച്ച സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ ഒരുക്കി കൊടുക്കുകയും നമ്മുടെ കെയർടേക്കർ ഷാജി അതിനെ അവർ നോക്കുന്നത് പോലെ തന്നെ നോക്കുകയും ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ, നമ്മുടെ ഗസ്റ്റിന് അതിയായ സന്തോഷം. ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള സർവീസ് ആണ് കേരള ടൂറിസം ലിസ്റ്റഡ് casa de IC യെ ഏവർക്കും പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടത് ആക്കുന്നതും ഓഫ്‌ സീസൺ ആയ ഈ മാസങ്ങളിൽ നമുക്ക് ഗസ്റ്റ് വന്നു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നതും.. 🫶
