Ravangla Tourism Development Committee in association with H.E Sangter Tulku Rinpoche, Karma Raptenling Goenchen, Mani Chokerling monastery and Association of Buddhist Tour Operators - ABTO along with Namchi Tourism stakeholders successfully delivered essential commodities to 10 cut off villages in North of Dzongu.

Tingvong, Bey, Nung, Lingzya, Sakyong, Pentong etc...

Essential commodities provided :

1. 250 sacks of Rice.
2. 100 ltrs of deisel.
3. 300 packets of Salt

RTDC in association with H.E Sangter Tulku Rinpoche, Karma Raptenling and Mane Chokerling monastery, Namchi Tourism stakeholders and ABTO are heading towards Tingvong and nine far cut off villages in Dzongu, North Sikkim to provide essential commodities during this crisis.

The lost of the deliverables are :

1. 250 bags of Rice.
2. 300 pkts of Salt
3. 100 litres Diesel.

We commit that we shall not take any pictures of distribution and post it on social media since we don't have any ambitions but just pure intention of help.

This is the first phase of relief and we will also dispatch the second phase too very soon.

We thank every contribution for making this possible and God bless you all.

RTDC along with Namchi Tourism stakeholders having a final meet at Hotel Hangkhim, Namchi in relation to the first phase of relief that will be provided to far cut off areas such as Sakyong, Tingvong, Pentong etc. The team will leave for the first phase of distribution on Thursday i.e 19/10/2023.
After the collection of the second phase is over through donation drives that is being carried out by ABTO, Thailand and Austria we will again provide relief to the said area and the date shall be duly announced.
