Since establishment in 2007.
Xtreme Adventures has been at the forefront of promoting and developing adventure tourism across Jammu & Kashmir. With a vision to explore, innovate, and empower local adventure ecosystems, our team has pioneered several firsts in the region :
1. Introduced White Water Rafting in the Chenab River at Baradari, Reasi, now recognized as one of North India’s premier rafting destinations.
2. Launched Paragliding operations at Bhadarwah in 2008, opening new skies for adventure enthusiasts.
3. Introduced Snowmobiling at Bhadarwah in 2008, giving a new dimension to winter tourism.
4. Pioneered Hot Air Ballooning in Bhadarwah in 2008, a first-of-its-kind experience in the region.
5. Reopened the historic Kishtwar–Zanskar trekking route via Uma-si-La (5300 mtrs), famously known as the Zorawar or Sapphire Trek.
6. Introduced Paragliding at the Sinthan Festival, Kishtwar (2021).
7. Introduced Paragliding at the Kishtwar Chowgan Ground (2022).
8. Launched Hot Air Ballooning at the Kishtwar Chowgan Ground (2023).
9. Conducted a detailed rafting recce of the Chenab River at Ramban and submitted a technical feasibility report to Jammu Tourism for a 5 km rafting stretch.
10. Conducted rafting recces in Poonch and Rajouri (2021)—both stretches are now officially notified rafting sites.
11. Conducted multiple recces at Premnagar (Doda) and Gulabgarh (Kishtwar), leading to successful operational rafting zones at both locations.
12. Organized a Rafting Event for Jammu Tourism on the eve of Baisakhi Festival 2012 at Akhnoor.
13. Conducted a recce in Warwan Valley and submitted a proposal for approval of a 9 km rafting stretch to Jammu Tourism.
14. Conducted Paragliding Trials at Mokhri, Reasi (2021), marking another potential adventure hub.
15. Organized multiple awareness programs and collaborative events with the District Administration and Tourism Department to promote adventure tourism and safety awareness.
16. Installed J&Ks longest Zipline at Jai Valley, Bhadarrwah in 2024 which is fully functional for visitors.
Apart from these milestones, our team has proudly represented Jammu & Kashmir in numerous National and International Adventure Events, continuously working to highlight the region’s immense adventure potential.
