TOUR ITINERARY (5N/6D)
DAY 1- PORT BLAIR | AIRPORT PICK UP | SIGHT SEEING
Arrival at Port Blair in the morning/afternoon by flight and our representative will be waiting outside holding a placard with your name on it. You will be taken to your hotel where you can relax and rest. After Lunch, nearly at 2:00 pm, day visit the National Cellular Jail and then proceed to the nearest Beach, Corbyn's Cove. The Crescent-shaped coconut palm fringed Corbyn's Cove, a stretch of around 4 Km with an open sea towards your left is a sight to experience. Take pit stops during this ride to click pictures and explore the beauty. Later proceed to attend the enthralling Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail - where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive. Enacting of freedom fighters and their struggle for India's Independence is enacted during this trip. Post-completion of this trip, we drop you back to your hotel.
DAY 2- PORT BLAIR TO HAVELOCK (SWARAJ DWEEP) | RADHANAGAR BEACH
Today in the early morning as per ferry timing with breakfast packed or after breakfast, we depart to Andaman Island's most amazing destination, Havelock Island. The destination is rated as the best island in India. Depart from Port Blair to Havelock Island on a ferry. Upon reaching Havelock, our representative will attend to you at the gate with a placard of your name and will drop you at your hotel. Rest and Relax in a beachside resort. Later as per the driver’s given time, we begin our journey to one of Asia's best beaches, Radhanagar Beach. Explore this white sand beach and bask in the beauty of this natural wonder. Post this we drop you back to your resort where you relax and unwind.
**For swimming the mentioned Radhanagar beach is popular, please take your extra clothes for swimming and please note it is not allowed to sit in a cab with wetted clothes.
DAY 3 - HAVELOCK | NEIL (SHAHEED DWEEP) |TOUR
In the morning or afternoon, as per the agent’s given time, reach Havelock jetty to board Pvt. Ferry to depart for Neil Island. Our driver will receive you and he will give, mostly first tour starting from Bharatpur Beach the closest white sand beach to Neil Dock.
Bharatpur beach. The reef here is still unexplored and travellers can avail of snorkelling, glass bottom boat rides, and Jet Ski rides here after checking into a hotel, your second stop visit will be Natural Bridge formation and the sunset point Laxmanpur Beach have a good time at the beach and then enjoy the stunning hues of the beautiful sunset. Get back to your hut for a comfortable overnight stay at Neil Island’s resort.
Post completion we drop you back to your hotel.
DAY 4– NEIL | TO RETURN BACK | PORT BLAIR AND LOCAL SHOPPING TIME &INDIAN FLAG POINT
After breakfast, by cruise, you will return to Port Blair from Neil Islands and reach Port Blair by 12noon and take your relaxation time at the hotel, and in the evening our driver will pick you up from the hotel to the local shopping Centre from where coral artifacts are sold. Purchase gifts for your friends and family from these places and you also explore the point where our Hon’ble Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modhiji hoisted a 150-feet national flag at Port Blair to mark the 75th anniversary of freedom fighter Subhash Chandra Bose’s announcement regarding the formation of Azad Hind government in 1943. Later drop back to your hotel in Port Blair.
DAY 5- PORT BLAIR | AIRPORT DROP
Today check-out from your hotel and get transferred to the airport for your return flight

Booking Confirmation
when a booking request is placed by you, the confirmation is not done until and unless the traveling details, as well as 50% advance payment (minimum) of the total tour cost, are not deposited. The remaining amount must be paid on arrival at Port Blair's first day itself on demand.
After 50% of payment, within 72Hrs you will get a confirmation voucher.
Note: For peak season dates from 15th Dec to 15th January, payment is to be paid 70% in advance and the rest 30 % on the first day of arrival date to be paid.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE
For postponement/Pre-pone of tour packages are to be communicated in writing and need to be informed at least 15 days before the tour date.
INR 5000/- will be charged extra for Prepone/postpone.
The validity of “Postponed Packages” is 1 Year from the date of booking.
EXCLUSIONS:-
• *Ross Island/North Bay Islands maintenance entry ticket of worth Rs. 30/- per person.•
*Note: The above are excluded, as they are to be paid directly on spot when you enter Ross Island.
• All kind of personal expenses such as tips, laundry, telephone bills, beverages, etc.•
• It also does not include any meals unless and otherwise specifically mentioned.•
• Domestic or International Airfare•
• Guide, Glass bottom boat rides, Jolly ride• & snorkeling charges.
• Optional, suggested or unspecified activities.•
• Elephant Beach trip.•
• Flower Bed Decoration.•
• Guide at Cellular Jail and Ross Island will cost extra.•
• Camera fee (still or movie)•
• Additional sightseeing charges or extra usage of vehicle.•
• Any additional charges arising due to natural calamities, political disturbances, VIP movement, etc.

Cancellation Policy of Andaman Travel Mart:-
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
• 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
• 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
• 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
• 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday’s will be considered on next working day (Monday).
For the X-mas and New Year /Peak Season period from 15th Dec to 15th Jan the payment is non-refundable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Cancellation Policy of Hotel/Flight/Cruise/Others will be as per their cancelation policy only.
Refund:-
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 3 months.
Others Terms & Condition
• Meals Timing must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any unveiled meals, we shall not be responsible.
• Please carry your valid identity proof card containing your photographs at the airport and during check-in to hotels.
• For early check-in and late checkout payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
• In Andaman, you cannot match the facilities & services of a Hotel to developed destinations. Hotels in Andaman are categorized based on location, Services, and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1, 2, 3*, and so on.
• The above Quotation is only an offer and not a confirmation of your bookings. If we are not able to get the original hotels, we shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation sightseeing tours, or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Roadblocks, or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• No discount will be provided after confirmation of the package.
• We are not responsible for any flight delay
Check-in and check-out times at hotels mostly 11AM check in and 8AM check out, would be as per hotel policies, these are generally pre-decided as per ferry operation schedules.
• In case Private cruise /Similar are not operational due to weather, technical or other unavoidable reasons, ATM shall try to make the best possible alternate arrangements or other availability if possible. However, ATM will not be liable for any refund claims arising from this.
• All timing mentioned in the tour plan fully as per present schedule, any changes in time may occur for best time, to visit the mentioned points.
• We are not responsible for any cancellations of any bookings of hotel/cruise/cab etc due to bad weather condition /Govt. order/political disturbance etc which is beyond our control. In such emergency cases refund applicable for unused services of hotels/cruise/transport etc.
• All hotel/properties are with base category room and chosen by brief discussion and selection from many options given to you, so any changes in the property during tour by your choice may cause rise in given budget, have to bear as extra expenses.
• Under normal condition, all services as mentioned in the tour details will be provided and any extra expenses or additional tour will be on direct payment basis only and booking in advance intimation.
• All due payment must be cleared before starting of your first day tour ,as planned for smooth flow of itinerary , we are not liable for deduction of any services or cancelations of any trip due to non-payment from yours side.
