CHANDRAYAAN -2, Hail ISRO Scientist who keep the temptation to enjoy lavishness of so called western world under control and Make us proud. Proud Indian. :)
25 years ago, these scientists at ISRO could have easily got jobs abroad which would have paid 25 times higher salary.
They could have chosen to settle abroad and enjoyed all the world class infrastructure, top class cars, international standard housing facilities, tier-1 educational institutions for their kids, etc and led a lavish lifestyle with such high salaries abroad.
But they chose to sacrifice all those comforts of king-size living, and preferred to bear the sweaty traffic jams in India for their daily commute, remained contented with their regular Indian salaries, enrolled their kids in the govt sponsored Kendriya Vidyala schools, lived under the patchy roofs of the humble staff quarters.
They did all these because they had a dream. The dream of an advanced & prosperous India which would become a role model for the rest of the world to follow. They had the fire in the belly to build such advanced India. It was that fire which helped them make such great sacrifices in life (choosing the arduous Indian way instead of the lavish path abroad).
It was that sense of service to their motherland which helped them in resisting all temptations and remain focused on their dream.
Hence, it is these scientists who are the real nationalist heroes & heroines of Bharatavarsha. The entire nation and its population are greatly indebted to them for their service to the nation.
Congratulations ISRO for successful launch of Chandrayaan-2.
