Dear All,
I am Anirban Haldar, owner and founder of Himalayan Expo & Info tours and travels and joint owner of Good Life Travels - From Ocean to Mountain I would like to inform you that certain individuals (Mr Arkaprava Roy and Mr Sumit Pal) who may have previously interacted with you are no longer employed by or affiliated with our company. As such, they are not authorized to represent our business, provide services, or make any commitments on our behalf.
For all these years, the tours — especially the group tours — that you have experienced were entirely organized and managed by us. From your service, hotel arrangements, transport, food, to both your good and bad memories — we were solely responsible for everything. Those individuals only worked as our managers or staff members. They had no contribution to the actual success of any tour.
However, they are no longer part of our company and will not be associated with any of our future tours. If anyone still chooses to contact them and ends up being misled, harassed, or experiences fraud or any kind of bad experience, we will not be held responsible in any way.
For your safety and to ensure the highest level of service, we kindly ask that you verify the identity of anyone claiming to represent our company. If you have any doubts or questions, please contact us directly through our official communication channels.

We have recruited new staff members, and they are currently undergoing training. However, we have not yet shared their identities or contact numbers with anyone. Until they are professionally ready and have thoroughly learned how to manage tours, conduct operations, and provide excellent customer service, they will continue to work as our back-office staff.
Once we are confident in their readiness to deliver quality customer service, we will formally introduce them through our social media platforms or our official website. We hope and believe that you will receive even better service from them than you did from those before.
