For Ichchapuram, our prime objective is to ensure water for both agriculture and drinking needs. As an interim measure, we will expedite all necessary sanctions for the upgradation of canals and minor irrigation works to provide immediate relief and long-term sustainability.

శ్రీకాకుళంలో మత్స్యకారుల కోసం సముద్ర మౌలిక సదుపాయాల అవసరం గురించి గౌరవనీయులైన కేంద్ర పోర్ట్స్ , షిప్పింగ్ మరియు జలమార్గాల మంత్రి శ్రీ సర్బానంద సోనోవాల్ గారిని కలిసాము. సుమారు 150 కిలోమీటర్ల తీరప్రాంతం ఉన్నప్పటికీ, సరైన సౌకర్యాలు లేకపోవడం వల్ల ఈ ప్రాంతం నుండి చాలా మంది మత్స్యకారులు జీవనోపాధి కోసం పశ్చిమ తీరప్రాంత రాష్ట్రాలైన గుజరాత్, కేరళ మరియు కర్ణాటకకు వలస వెళ్ళవలసి పరిస్థితులను వివరించాము.

ఈ దీర్ఘకాలిక సమస్యను పరిష్కరించడం కోసం, సంతబొమ్మలి మండలంలోని భావనపాడు గ్రామంలో ఒక ఫిషింగ్ హార్బర్‌ను నిర్మించాలని, వజ్రపుకోత్తూరు మండలంలోని మంచినీళ్లుపేట మరియు గారా మండలంలోని కళింగపట్నంలో ఫిషింగ్ జెట్టీలను నిర్మించాలని కోరాము.ఈ ప్రాజెక్టులు వల్ల స్థానిక ఉపాధి అవకాశాలను సృష్టించడంతో పాటు వలసలను తగ్గించడంలో మరియు తీరప్రాంత ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థను బలోపేతం చేయడంలో కీలక పాత్ర పోషిస్తాయి. సానుకూలంగా స్పందించిన శ్రీ సర్బానంద సోనోవాల్ గారికి నా ధన్యవాదాలు తెలియజేస్తున్నాను.

Had a fruitful discussion with Shri ji, Hon’ble Union Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, regarding the urgent need for marine infrastructure in my constituency, Srikakulam. Despite having a coastline of about 150 kilometers, the lack of proper facilities has forced many fishermen from the region to migrate to the western coastal states of Gujarat, Kerala, and Karnataka in search of livelihood.

To address this long-standing issue, I have requested the construction of a fishing harbour in Bhavanapadu village of Santhabommali Mandal, along with fishing jetties in Manchineellupeta of Vajrapukothuru Mandal and Kalingapatnam of Gara Mandal. These projects will play a vital role in creating local employment opportunities, reducing migration, and strengthening the coastal economy.

Ensuring sustainable livelihoods for our fishing communities is a priority, and I remain committed to working towards this goal. I thank Shri Sarbananda Sonowal ji for his time and support and look forward to positive developments in this regard.

అసెంబ్లీ కమిటీ హాలులో ఈరోజు జరిగిన టీడీఎల్పీ సమావేశానికి సహచర ఎంపీలు, రాష్ట్ర మంత్రులు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీలతో కలిసి హాజరు కావడం జరిగింది. టీడీపీ అధ్యక్షులు, సీఎం శ్రీ నారా చంద్రబాబునాయుడు గారి మార్గదర్శకత్వం, సూచనల మేరకు క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో మరింత సమన్వయంతో పని చేస్తాం. శ్రీకాకుళం జిల్లా అభివృద్ధి, రాష్ట్ర సంక్షేమ సాధనలో మరింత ప్రగతి సాధిస్తాం.

Attended the TDLP meeting today at the Assembly Committee Hall, alongside fellow MPs, state ministers, MLAs, and MLCs. Following the guidance of TDP President & CM N. Chandrababu Naidu, we are committed to working with greater coordination at the ground level to drive progress in Srikakulam district and ensure the welfare of the state.

ప్రాంతీయ అనుసంధానం, తెలంగాణ అభివృద్ధిలో కీలక ముందడుగుగా నిలిచేలా వరంగల్ (ముమునూరు) ఎయిర్ పోర్ట్ కు ఎయిర్ పోర్ట్ అథారిటీ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా అనుమతులు మంజూరు చేయడం ఆనందకరం. తెలంగాణ ప్రజల ఆకాంక్షలకు ఈ నిర్ణయం నిలువుటద్దంగా నిలువనుంది. త్వరితగతిన నిర్మాణాలు జరిగి, ప్రజలకు మెరుగైన సేవలు అందించాలని కోరుకుంటున్నా.

The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has granted permission for Warangal (Mumunoor) Airport, marking a significant step towards regional connectivity and the development of Telangana. This aligns with the vision of aspirations of Telangana people. Looking forward to fast-tracked construction and improved services.

2025-26 ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ వ్యవసాయ బడ్జెట్ రూ.48,340 కోట్లతో ప్రవేశ పెట్టిన సందర్భంగా రాష్ట్ర మంత్రి, బాబాయ్ శ్రీ కింజరాపు అచ్చెంనాయుడు గారిని అసెంబ్లీ హాలులో కలుసుకొని శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలియజేయడం జరిగింది. అలాగే సాగులో డ్రోన్ టెక్నాలజీని ప్రోత్సాహించేలా రూ.80 కోట్లు కేటాయించడంపై ప్రత్యేకంగా కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలియజేశాను.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లో మిర్చి రైతులను ఆదుకోవడానికి తీసుకోవాల్సిన చర్యలపై చర్చించేందుకు కేంద్ర వ్యవసాయ, రైతు సంక్షేమ శాఖామంత్రి శ్రీ శివరాజ్ సింగ్ చౌహాన్ గారిని ఢిల్లీలోని కృషి భవన్ లో ఈరోజు కలుసుకోవడం జరిగింది. ఫిబ్రవరి 7నే ఈ సమస్యను తెరపైకి తీసుకు వచ్చిన ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ నారా చంద్రబాబునాయుడు గారి మార్గ దర్శకత్వంలో.. మిర్చి సేకరణ, ఎగుమతులను పెంచడానికి, మన రైతులను ప్రపంచ మార్కెట్లతో అనుసంధానించే మార్గాలపై చర్చించాము.

మన మిర్చి రైతులను ఆదుకోవడానికి కేంద్ర వ్యవసాయ మంత్రి ఎంతో ఆసక్తి కనబరిచారు. వారికి ప్రయోజనం చేకూర్చేలా మార్కెట్ ఇంటర్వెన్షన్ స్కీమ్ (ఎంఐఎస్) ధరను పెంచుతామని హామీ ఇచ్చారు. దీనిని ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్లడానికి, కీలక సవాళ్లను అర్థం చేసుకోవడానికి, పరిష్కరించడానికి ఐసీఏఆర్ అధికారులతో ప్రత్యేక కమిటీని ఏర్పాటు చేయడంపై చర్చించాము.

Met Hon’ble Agriculture & Farmers Welfare Minister ji at Krishi Bhawan today to discuss the steps for supporting chilli farmers in Andhra Pradesh. Earlier, on February 7 , we had brought this issue to the forefront under the guidance of our Hon’ble CM garu. In today's discussion, we explored steps to enhance chilli procurement, boost exports, and connect our farmers to global markets. Hon'ble Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan ji has shown keen interest in supporting our chilli farmers and has assured an increase in the Market Intervention Scheme (MIS) price for their benefit. To take this forward, we also spoke about forming a dedicated committee with ICAR officials to address key challenges and find sustainable solutions.
