It’s funny how people say they care, say you matter to them, make you feel special—until one day, they don’t.
You talk all the time, laugh together, share your thoughts, your little moments… and it starts to feel like something real. Like a bond that actually means something.
But the truth is, sometimes people aren’t with you because they truly want to be. They’re there because you bring them peace, comfort, happiness. And the second they feel like they might find that somewhere else—they leave. No matter how much you gave, how real it felt… they just walk away.
And honestly, what hurts more than them leaving is the way they do it.
They say what they want to say, maybe even dump all their feelings out—and then block you before you even get the chance to speak.
No space for your side, no real closure. Just silence.
That’s not fair. That’s not how people who genuinely care behave.
People nowadays love when it’s easy. They stay when they’re getting what they want. But the moment things get a little heavy or uncertain—they run. And the one left behind? They carry everything—confusion, pain, and all the unspoken words.
If you truly believe your happiness is somewhere else… then I hope you find it.
Just know—I was ready to speak, ready to stay. You were the one who chose not to listen.
