Shalimar Exhibition 2026
As-salamu alaykum,
We hope everyone is well.
Like every year, this year too we are going to organize an exhibition at Boulevard Road opposite Ghat No. 08 Dalgate. Interested person could book their stall on the condition below.
Terms and Conditions
1. Stall Holders are bound to maintains all rules and regulations established by the authorities.
2. The stall price will remain fixed for the entire four-month period. Corner stalls are priced at 2,000 per day, and standard stalls are priced at 1,800 per day.
3. Stall holders must pay two months' rent in advance. After the first month, the advance payment for the third month must be submitted.
4. The booking of stall starting from now, A minimum advance payment of 10,000 is required for booking.
5. Stall allocations will be shared on March 24, 2026, via a coupon system.
6. Stall holder wishing to book two stalls must inform management before the coupons are issued.
7. After booking a stall, if you want to cancel you will not get a refund.
8. Stallholders are committed to maintaining their stalls for the full four-month duration and may not vacate early.
9. Stall Holders must not be involved in any illegal or offensive activities and must have a clean criminal record (no active FIRs).
10.For security purposes, stallholders must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective local police stations.

I. NOC from concerned PS
II. Two Photographs
III. Aadhar Card
IV. Registration certificate
All stallholders must strictly adhere to these terms and conditions. And they book their stall based on these conditions.
