The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has suspended an Umrah company and its foreign agent after finding that they failed to provide promised accommodation for pilgrims upon arrival in Saudi Arabia. This was a clear breach of the approved contractual program, which requires companies to deliver all services as agreed. 

The ministry took this action to protect the rights of the pilgrims, ensure high service standards, and prevent similar issues in the future. It emphasized that all service providers must fully comply with regulations and honor their contracts to guarantee a smooth and respectful experience for pilgrims visiting the Kingdom. 

This move is part of ongoing efforts to improve Umrah services and aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to enhance the overall pilgrim experience.
