🚨 Extremely Poor International Roaming Experience with Jio 🚨
Sharing screenshots of ONE conversation here (I have multiple). In the end, you’ll clearly see how the customer care executive abruptly ended the chat, like slamming the door on a customer. Highly disrespectful.
Issue:
While on international roaming in Saudi Arabia, Jio kept charging unnecessary bill amounts and then blocked my services.
Facts:
• Cleared full bill ₹1,946.15 on 18 Dec
• Bought International Roaming plan on 21 Dec
• Since 22 Dec morning – no calls, no internet
Executives kept repeating the same excuse: “bill exceeds credit limit” 🤯
How is this logical?
• My number worked earlier at ~₹4,500 usage
• After paying ₹1,946, suddenly services get suspended at ₹2,200?
• Why is credit limit relevant when an IR plan is already active?
To make it worse, I was told my complaint was raised “a few hours ago”, while in reality it was raised 26+ hours earlier. I’ll be sharing Jio’s own message screenshot proving this.
I bought roaming for emergencies while abroad. Due to Jio’s failure, my family panicked, unable to reach me. This is not a minor issue — it’s about safety and trust.
❌ No transparency
❌ No accountability
❌ Chat forcefully closed by executive
Why anyone should think twice before using Jio abroad.
Fix the issue instead of asking customers to “wait”.
This level of service is unacceptable.
