Sorry, we closed in May 2023! Everyone who visited us, thanks a bunch. It was a pleasure ❤️

Our Homestay is surrounded by the view of high Himalayan snow clad peaks like Trishul, Nanda Ghunti, Chaukhamba, and Neelkanth. On one side we have orchards of apricots, peaches, plums, apples, pears, and most fruits that grow in the mountains; and in our backyard we have a small garden of Uttarakhand Tea. The surrounding Oak and Deodar trees will definitely give you a taste of wilderness. We are also growing a variety of herbs and vegetables in our attempt at some amount of self-sustainability.

Kids are already excited about kafals ripening. There is still time for them to ripen fully but all this excitement called for a long hike for some sour berries.

4.4 acres of land in Ramgarh that belongs to the Horticulture Department has been given away FREE OF COST to individual players who wish to run a hotel and a wellness centre in the area.
We have known Ramgarh as the fruit bowl of Uttarakhand and in the last few years everyone has noticed the declining quality of fruits in the area. This is because of climate change and also because of the lack of vision of the government to bring in better saplings and better methods.
This recent allotment of land shows lack of understanding and vision of the goverment. Looks like the only thing they can do with this land is to sell it!
Moreover the allotted land stands right above the area of Talla Ramgarh which was swept away in 2021 October rains. The mountain cannot really stand the weight of a Hotel and Spa Resort or these people's greed.
Some individuals in the area have organized a dharna close to Malla Ramgarh. If you are sensitive to the issue, please join them to raise their voice against this injustice.
