Introduction
The world is changing, it’s getting smaller and closer, and more beautiful. With the advent of simpler, cost-effective and faster means of communication, we have witnessed a great momentum in travelling habits of people around the world. Inspired by wanderlust and aspired by an ambition to show the world to the world, Dreamscape Holidayss began it’s journey in 2012 with a humble prelude. In these years, we travelled extensively, made global friends, discovered hidden place and explored the world. Whether it was the wilderness of the Africas or dazzling Dubai, we left no stone unturned. Today, having served more than 5,000 contented guests and covered all inhabited corners of the world, we are empowered and excited to serve better, with better expertise, adding more value and fun to your leisure and comfort. A Little history
Since childhood, travelling always gave us pleasure. It was only when we started sharing our experiences with people, we realised how effortless it made their trips and lives. Our best practices, approach & methods were simple & meant to be shared, so that people could have hassle-free journeys and undisturbed leisure time with families and friends. The love for voyaging, a desire to cater to people, coupled with experience, expertise and commitment, fuelled us to turn our passion into profession. Passion or profession, wanderlust is what keeps us going ! We communicate. We stay connected. Holidays are a one time experience, to be cherished, to be remembered and to bring that smile on your face. We value emotions and understand people’s need for relaxation. It gives us immense pleasure in making every moment of our guest’s vacation , a memorable one. To get it right every time, we listen to our guests, we talk to them, we answer their questions and communicate. It makes it easier for us to help them make the best of the time they ever could have had. Not only during prep time, even on the trip and during excursions, we are always connected and available for our guests to get things sorted on-the-go or to make changes if required in the middle of the trip. It’s clean if it’s clear. Our clientele is diverse, so are their requirements and choices. We make sure that we understand concerns, list down needs, markup specifications and attend to emotions attached to the forthcoming trip for each of our guests. We make sure that it is well served, if there is something to be concerned about, we bring it on board and resolve it mutually with our guests. This brings transparency, creates solidarity and strengthens our relationship with our guests. We like it clean. We love answering questions, it gives us an opportunity to connect with our customers.
“The more you ask, the more we tell, the more you wonder, the more we help.”
Questions inspire better quality, invoke interest, derives better informed decisions and open discussions. They encourage us, bring momentum and direction to dialogues and foster better results. Additionally, questions give us immense opportunities to connect again and show-off our hidden skills to go that extra mile to impress our guests !! Sometimes life doesn’t give you options, but we always do. A customer in control is a happy customer. We believe knowledge is power, and we like powerful customers. The best of our wardrobe are custom-made, so are your holidays at Dreamscape. No, we only cater to people who appreciate quality.
