OFFICIALLY STEPPING DOWN FROM 'TATTVA TRIBE' as on 19 March 2022
It took some time to write this...finally stepping down from Tattva Tribe..anyway I wasn't on the field from a long time so i thought I might as well step down.. having said that it was an amazing journey all these years with JD and you guys..I made friends for life. From mafia games, late night singing to all the memories we made.

But that doesn't mean I won't be trekking or camping. I might join in as a participant with other groups.

But officially I am no more a lead or founder of 'TATTVA TRIBE' or anyway associated with the it's events or any of its legality.

I am already doing exclusive premium events with small pvt groups..under the brand 'PAHAADI BABA' I am still the old school guy trekking and camping is sacred to me.

If you are interested in events that are peaceful, interactive and with a small group, a little expensive but totally worth it...u can join me..

I wish Jaal all the best with his future events :)

Event Coordinator / volunteer (weekend events)

Freshers are welcome to join.

Every Coordinator/Volunteer must have done atleast 2 treks with us as a regular participant. During this we will be able to assess his/her ability and can decide accordingly.

Once the Coordinator/volunteer confirms his/her availability on a given date of trek/camping, dropping out from the event will not be possible. This confirmation needs to be given atleast 10 days in advance.

He/She will be responsible for basic coordination with each and every participant of the trek/camping.

He/She will follow and assist the Trek-Leader's instructions and help in conducting the trek.

Trek Leader / Co - Leader (weekend events)

Trek Leader / Co-Leader has to do at least 1 trek as a regular participant. During this we will be able to assess his/her ability and can decide accordingly.

He/she will be responsible for safety and coordination of all the participants during the trek.

Once the Trek-Leader of Co-Leader confirms his/her availability on a given date of trek/camping, dropping out from the event will not be possible. This confirmation needs to be given atleast 10 days in advance.

Mischief Treks will provide necessary training and guidance as and when required.

The Trek-Leader needs to participate in atleast 3 events every month.

The Trek-Leader needs to be experienced trekker and preferably certified mountaineer.

Remuneration to the trek reader will be decided based on his skill set and experience levels.

Backoffice Assistant (Full time job - Monday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm )

Location : Virar

Listing and updating events on various portals and coordination with respective vendors.

Taking care of digital marketing which includes handling FB, Instagram and other platforms.

Compiling booking reports and ensuring proper support to Trek-Leader in terms of data support.

Handling enquiries, follow up, and conversion of leads.

Assisting Trek-leaders in all sorts of back office related tasks.

Interacting with trek participants pre and post event for PR purposes.

Maintaining database of every participant.
