His ancestor Sri Velutheril Kesavan Vaidyar was one of the physicians of the royal family of Travancore; and in the time of King Visakham Thirunal he was awarded a Veera Sringhala (an Award symbolized by a gold wristband). Even as a small boy, Sri Premnath started learning Kalari and yogavidya. And started learning siddha vaidyam at the age of 12. And he was introduced to the extremely secret Marma practices of ‘Naalu matra’ and ‘Bhim’s Way’ and the related body control at 15. And started teaching at 21. Disciples – including foreign nationals - now spread over 21 countries. To cater to the needs of people coming in search of knowledge and remedies for ailments, this successor of many renowned Vaidyas is now ready with an institution where the assistance of his disciples and co-workers is also available.
