Dear Unni,
I have promised to give you feedback on my trip to Kerala end of May.
Thank you very much for the wonderful organisation. All in all it was a perfect trip.
I would like to highlight that the driver was absolutely great. He was a good host and chose nice routes especially on the way from Munnar to Tekkady were he used some minor roads with spectacular scenery.
Munnar was fantastic although some “highlights” like echo point were not that great. The crowds were too big and there have been nicer spots just a few km away from these attractions. For Tekkady I would recommend that you highlight that one should do the tour to the tiger reserve early in the morning and plan time on the departure day accordingly. Was told that animals are best seen when you go as early as 7am.
The houseboat was fantastic. Read a lot that the boats would only go on the lake and not cruise the backwaters. This one only cruised through the backwaters and this was a fantastic experience. In the afternoon a smaller boat came to take us to the narrow canals which was great!
The food was fantastic. Whilst we had keralite food for lunch they served North Indian for dinner. I would have preferred Kerala food and gave this feedback to the cook and the houseboat company as well.
The beach resort was fantastic. Nice layout and great rooms. A very nice pool as well that was really inviting for a swim. Also the restaurant was very nice. Ambience was great and the food maybe the best I got during the whole trip.

We visited Delhi, Agra,Jaipur,Jodhpur,Udaipur,Cochin and North Kerala for 22 days.
Services of kits India were superb in both arranging the itinerary and managing the tour. We had a car and driver in both North and South India and both drivers were very professional and made the journeys (especially the long ones in the North) pleasurable.
The guides in each city were excellent and we were met by local agents to ensure that all was proceeding as planned.
There were no problems encountered during the whole time we stayed in India which was quite remarkable given the logistics involved during the trip. I would highly
recommend using KITS INDIA to arrange any holidays in India.
