The prime objectives of ‘Holiday Campus’ Tour is to incorporate certain innovative things so that along with the enjoyment and relaxation, the students are also inspired to explore newer areas of knowledge. We also try to bring about qualities of leadership, unity in them and for them to realize their potential and give back to the society through their intricate thoughts through this excursion. Holiday Campus Specialties:-
1. After the declaration of tour, we provide you with a briefing about the places you are going to visit, the weather and the dining particulars. We also take special care for the people who are experiencing any physical Illness, if any.
2. We will collect all contact details of the students and we will be informing their daily status by SMS to their respective parents along with the Institution head.
3. We will be submitting a file to the police station where the school comes under, which contains all the details of students & places where they are going to visit.(For the security reason)
4. We will be duly submitting all the vehicle related documents’ copies which is used for the excursion. (RC book, Insurance, Permit, driver License) to the institution.
5. There will be a representative from Holiday Campus who will be accompanying the students during the tour. He would be co-ordinating with the students, teachers & giving vital Informations regarding the tour when required.
6. The teachers & students will be provided with food & accommodation details of the tour beforehand. They would be informed about the hotels to stay and the food cuisine they are going to have.
