I trusted Goibibo for my booking, but this has turned into a very frustrating experience. Flight was cancelled on 12th March due to operational reasons by the airline, yet I am still waiting for my refund.
Customer care service is extremely poor — no proper response, no clear updates, and no responsibility taken. This is not how customers should be treated.
If a flight is cancelled by the airline, refunds should be processed promptly without making customers run around. This delay is completely unacceptable and is causing unnecessary inconvenience.
Losing trust day by day.
India please look into this issue and take necessary action at the earliest.
