Objects : The Objects of the Trust are :
That the objectives of the Trust shall be wholly for the public charitable purposes and income shall be applied and accumulated in India wholly for public charitable purposes without prejudice to generality of provisions aforesaid and the following are the objects of the Trust : -
To establish, assist, finance, support and/or help in the setting up and/or maintaining and/or running and conduct all types of educational institutions including Oriental High Schools, Colleges, Vidhyalayas, Libraries, Book Banks, Reading Rooms, Computer Labs, Science Labs, Training Centres, Research Institutions and Institutions imparting Education and Research.
b. To provide educational assistance to students in Schools and Colleges, providing Books, Uniforms, Note Books, Payment of tuition fees, Hostel Fees, Lap tops and such other assistance.
c. To award prizes and scholarships to meritorious and deserving students.
d. To establish or help in establishing Institutions for the treatment of animals intended for the welfare of mankind.
e. To give monetary aid or other help for relief from natural calamities like floods, cyclone, tsunami, earthquakes or otherwise.
f. To assist in the renovation of places of historic, archaeological or artistic importance as recognised under the provisions of the Income-Tax Act 1961.
g. To conduct, organise, arrange, set up, manage, help others or being part of training institutes and development programmes for teachers taking classes for various levels of education including yoga, meditation, pranayamam, physiotherapy and naturopathy and to update their knowledge by publishing books, workshops and reading materials, supplementing and complementing the curriculum.
h. To establish training centres for eradicating child labour, creating awareness among the public, identifying and giving them basic education, admitting them into various schools according to the I.Q level.
i. To establish or assist in establishing, build or manage Hostels, Short Stay Homes, Rehabilitation Centers, Shelters, Crèches, Child Care Centre, Children’s Home, Counselling Centers and Helpline Centers for Women, Children, Old aged persons, Drug addicts and needy persons, as honorary services and free of charges.
j. To establish or assist in establishing, constructing Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Clinic, Blood Bank, Health Care Centres, alcohol de-addiction centres, Community Halls, Physiotherapy units, Specialised Health care units, Dialysis centres, particularly in rural areas where health care is neglected and not as a commercial activity.
k. To provide medical relief by giving medicines, injections, tonic, food and the like and by giving help for medical treatment including payment of expenses for such medical treatment.
l. To provide spectacles, hearing-aids, artificial limbs, pacemakers and wheel chairs to the needy poor patients.
m. To erect or assist in erecting building or otherwise provide housing accommodation for the poor and to establish and maintain dharma salas, sanatorium, public halls and the like in any part of the country and to provide convenience to the persons visiting such places and not as a commercial activity.
n. To provide food, food materials, provisions and vegetables, kitchen utensils, for orphanages, destitute centres and old age homes.
o. To establish or assist in establishing, training centres for the rural people and to assist them in setting up village and cottage industries for their self earning.
p. To explore and suggest ways for promotion of socioeconomic development in the country.
q. To do all such things as may be necessary or conducive for the advancement of the objects above mentioned.
