Tour of Temples - 14 days
A tour that takes you to Magnificient Art work of Rulers of South India. The Heritages of Different rulers of different periods will make you feel the Vibration of ART
Day – 1: Chennai
Arrival at Chennai Airport and transfer to hotel.
Day – 2:Mamallapuram.
After breakfast, -visit to Mamallpuram -Sea Shore temple, Arjuna’s Penance,Ganesh Ratha, Tirumurti Cave Temple ,Five Rathas,Tiger Cave, Museum and Beach. -Overnight stay.
Day – 3: Pondichery.
Drive to Pondichery check into hotel -visit to Pondichery Museum, Hand Made Paper Factory and Ayurvedic Medicine Factory – Auroville and Arabindo Ashram -overnight stay at Hotel.
Day – 4: Tanjore.
Drive to Chidambaram visit to Nataraja Temple ( Dancing Siva ), after lunch drive to Gangaikondacholapuram visiting Pragadeeswara Temple and drive to Darasuram visiting Aiyravatha Easwarar Temple then drive to Tanjore and check into hotel -overnight stay.
Day – 5.Tanjore - Rameshwaram
Morning visit to Tanjore Big Temple ( One of the World Heritage Monuments ).Afternoon Tanjore Museum ( The Collections of Bronze from Archeological Excavating ) and Saraswathi Mahal Library . Drive to Chettinad Palace.-Overnight stay at Rameshwaram.
Day – 6: Rameshwaram.
After breakfast visit to Shri Ramanadhaswamy Temple. Then drive to Uttrakosamangai (Emerald Siva Statue) and drive to Madurai. –Overnight stay.
Day – 7. Madurai
Morning Sight seeing at Madurai -Nayak Palace and visit to Meenakshi Amman Temple. After lunch visit to Grand Water Tank and the Museum of Mahatma Gandhi. -overnight stay.
Day – 8: Kodaikanal
Morning Drive to Kodaikanal -visit Coakars Walk, Green Valley, Pillars rock and Kodaikanal Natural Lake. –Overnight stay. ( Elevation of Kodaikanal-2300m.)
Day – 9: Kodaikanal
Whole day for relax. –Overnight Stay.
Day – 10: Kodaikanal-Trichy.
Drive to Trichy and check into hotel. After Lunch visit to Ammamandapam ( Hindu’s religious ceremony place ) situated on bank of River Cauvery and Sri Renganathaswamy Temple at Srirangam and Rock Fort Temple.-Overnight Stay.
Day – 11: Trichy.Gingee-Tiruvannamalai.
5hrs drive to Gingee (visit Gingee Fort,Temple and Museum). Then Drive to Thiruvannamali. –Overnight Stay.
Day – 12: Tiruvannamalai-Vellore.
Morning visit to Arunachaleshwara Temple at Tiruvannamali and Ramana Ashram. After lunch drive to Vellore and visit to Jalakandeshwara Temple & Fort. – Overnight stay at Vellore.
Day – 13:Kanchipuram - Mamallapuram
After Breakfast drive to Kanchipuram -visit Kailashanathar Temple, Egambaraeshwarar Temple and Varadharaja Perumal Temple. After lunch Silk Weaving Unit visit then drive to Chennai. –Overnight stay.
Day – 14: Chennai.
Morning visit at Chennai - Kapaleeshwarar Temple, Government Museum and St Thomas church. Departure from Chennai Airport.
