NOTEBOOK & STATIONERY DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM FOR POOR STUDENTS.

Date: 02-07-2026,

With the blessings of Arunachala and the support of our well-wishers,

“OM ARUNACHALA CHARITABLE TRUST-NGO”

Successfully conducted a free Notebook and Stationery Distribution Program for students from economically disadvantaged families working as daily wage laborers in stone quarries.

OM ARUNACHALA CHARITABLE TRUST – NGO is delighted to share the successful completion of our Free Notebook and Stationery Distribution Program for students from economically disadvantaged families.

Many of these children belong to families working as daily wage laborers in stone quarries and face financial challenges in continuing their education. With the support and permission of the respective school headmasters, our team directly reached the students and provided essential educational materials free of cost.

School 1:

Panchayat Union Primary School,

Periyapaliyappattu Village,

Chengam -Taluk,
Thiruvannamalai - District.

At the request of the Headmaster and with the school's permission, our team visited the school and distributed free notebooks and essential stationery materials to 27 students studying there.

School 2:

Panchayat Union Primary School,

Vediyappanur Village, Thiruvannamalai District.

Based on the request from the Headmaster, our Trust provided free educational materials including notebooks, pens, pencils, geometry boxes, and other writing essentials to 33 students studying in the school.

🎒 The students received:

 Notebooks: long Size and Half Size,

 Pens,

 Pencils,

 Geometry Boxes,

 Scale,

 Colour Pencil Box,

 Eraser,

 Sharpener, And

 Other Essential Writing Materials.

This initiative was undertaken in response to requests received from the school headmasters, with the objective of supporting the education of underprivileged students and encouraging them to pursue their studies with confidence.

We sincerely thank the Headmasters and school authorities for giving us the opportunity to support these deserving students.

On 31 May 2026, on the full moon day of Vaikasi Visakha Purnima, the food distribution was very successful. Tomato rice was distributed to all the devotees who came to Girivalam near the Vayu Linga on the Girivalam path.

On the full moon day of Vaikasi Visakha Purnima, more than 400 Shiva devotees benefited by buying and eating food at the Annadana event.

On behalf of Om Arunachala Trust, we extend our birthday greetings to Sandhya Rani, who will be celebrating her birthday on the 17th of May 2026.

My friend Chiranjeevi from Markapuram, Andhra Pradesh is celebrating his friend's birthday on 17th May 2026 and we have requested him to provide food on his behalf. We have provided food here.

Chithirai Pournami-Special Full Moon Day -Food distribution Program- 01-May-2026.

Spiritual lovers - helpful good souls - divine souls who serve God,

Servants of the people - devotees of Shiva of Annamalaiyar - loving hearts of Bhagavan Ramanar.

This significant Tamil festival falls on the full moon day of the Tamil month Chithirai, focusing on worshipping Chitragupta, the record-keeper of karma, and offering prayers to Lord Shiva and Vishnu for purification.

Food was prepared and served to all the Shiva devotees who came to Girivalam/Pradhakshina.

On May 1st-2026 Om Arunachala Charitable Trust - Ngo served food to approximately 800 devotees in Girivalam Road, Arunachala Mountain,next to Vayu Lingam.

Thiruvannamalai.

Date: May 1, 2026 (Friday).

Time: 2.00 PM To 5.00 PM.

Worship: Devotees worship Chitragupta, the assistant to Lord Yama, to seek forgiveness for sins and maintain a positive account of their deeds.

Charity: Donating food and clothes to the needy is considered highly auspicious on this day.
