One year of Niva. 🌿
A year ago, Niva was still taking shape.
There were unfinished walls, changing plans, things that went wrong, things that had to be rebuilt, and many moments when we were still figuring out what this place wanted to become.
Slowly, the walls found their colours.
Empty spaces found warmth.
The garden grew.
The lights came on.
And eventually, people arrived.
They stayed. They celebrated. They sat by the pool, watched the hills, shared meals, and left behind stories of their own.
And somewhere along the way, Niva stopped being just a villa we had built.
It became a place with a life of its own.
One year later, we are still changing things. Still fixing mistakes. Still adding little details. Still learning what Niva can become.
Maybe that is what makes this journey special.
Niva was never meant to be finished.
It was meant to keep growing.
One year of stays, stories, mistakes, memories, and becoming.
