I've been facing an ongoing issue for over a year, starting on September 27, 2022. Despite my best efforts to follow Instagram's account recovery guidelines, I've been unable to resolve it. This problem coincided with the activation of two-factor authentication; I never received the 8-digit code, and I'm still unable to get the 6-digit authentication code. This issue has not only affected my access to the account but has also caused significant harm to my business's reputation, goodwill and there has been damage to my online presence. Given the central role of this account to my business, I'm concerned it might be compromised.
