As I am associated with the tourism industry, I would like to share my views. AP Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) operates more than 60 hotels in Andhra Pradesh. Spending ₹500 crore on a hotel is being presented as a step for tourism development.

YS Jagan believes that he will be re-elected as CM in 2024 and plans to use the building as the CM's camp office.

If it were intended solely as a hotel, with just 58 rooms and one conference hall, how could it accommodate all the people?

That amount of money could be used to construct 50 more hotels in Andhra Pradesh.

Regardless of the purpose, it is public money, and many people disapprove of this expenditure.
