🌼🌻 प्रत्येक वर्ष 4 जनवरी का दिवस संपूर्ण विश्व में *ब्रेल लिपि दिवस* के रूप में मनाया जाता है। इस दिन का उन लोगों के लिए विशेष महत्व होता है जो *देख पाने में असमर्थ* हैं। विश्व ब्रेल दिवस मनाने का मुख्य उद्देश्य *नेत्रहीन लोगों* के जीवन केे चैलेंजेस, उनके अधिकारोंं, उनके प्रति समानता का भाव रखना इसी के बारे में जागरूकता फैलाना है। 🌷💐

🤏🏻👨🏻‍🦯 संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा द्वारा 6 नवंबर 2018 को एक प्रस्ताव पारित किया गया था, जिसमें हर साल *4 जनवरी* को ब्रेल लिपि की खोज करने वाले *लुइस ब्रेल के जन्मदिन* यानि 4 जनवरी को वर्ल्ड ब्रेल दिवस के रूप में मनाने का निर्णय लिया गया। लुइस ब्रेल ही वह शख्स थे जिन्होंने *दृष्टिहीन लोगों के लिए ब्रेल लिपि* का आविष्कार किया था। जिससे वो भी पढ़-लिखकर समाज में कदम से कदम मिलाकर चल सकें। 🙏🏻😇

Daily Routine for Healthy Eating:

- Fruit Time: 11:00 am - 12:00 pm (daily, if possible). Bananas can be taken anytime.
- Salad Time: 30 minutes before lunch. Avoid eating salad with lunch, as non-cooked food should not be consumed with cooked food.
- Lunch:
- Prefer daal with chawal (red or brown rice) instead of roti.
- Finish lunch before 3:00 pm.
- Snack: Green tea with makhaney (dry fruits) and chana (a good source of calcium and iron).
- Dietary Changes:
- Replace paneer with tofu.
- Introduce millets into your diet, cooked with a variety of vegetables.
- Replace plain flour with multigrain flour.
- Dinner:
- Aim to finish dinner before 8:00 pm.
- Avoid protein-rich foods in dinner, as the stomach's digestive capacity (जडेर अग्नि) is lower in the evening.

Note: जडेर अग्नि (Jather Agni) refers to the digestive fire, which is an Ayurvedic concept.
