What should we do without you.. 🥰 our dear horse Badal in action 💪 Working hard with men and woman from the villages around to gather more than a 1000 bundles of hay from the mountain slopes for our cows and horse for the winter months ❄️.

A couple of weeks ago we welcomed Bhola into the world ❤️ A beautiful addition to the farm! He is doing good and drinks lots of milk from his mom. We convert the remaining milk into delicious ghee 🤤.

A big dream of us got fulfilled and we have cows now at the farm! ❤ They are lovely creatures and its a great joy taking care of them (also difficult at times, dont get me wrong). We plan on selling the ghee we make from the milk of the cows at the organic market. In this video I also show you the process of the making of the lavender scent pouches, which we plan to sell as well. In the garden, I show you the apples, chickens, polyhouse with vegetables, the cow shed and the construction of new storage areas and fencing around the shed. And you will see of course a lot of the cows this video! I had a lot more footage, but I was afraid you might get bored of watching cows eating for more than a few minutes haha. I was quite done with the rainy, cloudy and foggy weather though at the time of recording this video as it had been like that for many days/weeks in a row. Luckily by the time of posting this video, the weather has cleared up and the sun came back!

Good memories to the summer holidays, when the kids of the family that is working here with us were all at the farm 🥰 While surrounded by the fragrance of the drying lavender, we did daily summer school activities together and had a lot of fun!

About 1.5 months ago we welcomed four new members to our farm 😍 A Sindhi and Sahwal cow with their calves. It gives us such happiness to take care of these animals. It took some time for them to adjust to their new surroundings, but we are getting into a good routine with them and they are doing great! Adding cows to our farm has been a dream we had put on hold for so long, as we wanted to have the feeling that we can rely on people to take care of the cows in case both of us have to go to the city. But after taking care of two "practice"-cows we felt confident taking this step and we couldn't be happier! Cows bring a healthy routine to our days, give us delicious milk, yoghurt, butter and ghee and a lot of love in the form of cuddles and scratches ❤️.

Our wedding video is online! Finally! Just 9 months too late.. haha. This video is made as a memory for ourselves, but definitely also for you to enjoy! We did not hire a camera man during our wedding, so it was quite a task to create a nicely flowing video out of the footage shot on different phones and cameras in different qualities. We are back at the farm now, after a long and needed break. We visited family and friends in the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium and Germany and feel super refreshed! We start this year with excitement and energy and have beautiful plans waiting to be executed (more on that later).
