Greek, Turkish and Egyptian cuisine, and a range of ‘desserts to die for’. The team of the restaurant is committed to giving their patrons a truly authentic fine dining experience. “That means not just adhering to the correct methods of preparation, but going back further to ensure that the ingredients are the genuine article too!”
Special tomatoes, imported Arborio rice, animal rennet free cheese and other imported ingredients find their way into the La Quello’s kitchen to add a just the right flavour and taste to pastas, sauces, and risottos. “Our pizzas are made the traditional way, in a wood-fired oven, from freshly prepared dough,”. “Our salads are the most special thing we have on our menu, First time in India La Quello – Mediterranean Kitchen start using different type of fruit dressings and ingredients like berries, alfa-alfa sprouts, sunflower micro greens, baby leaves, apricot etc.”. “Our pre-plated platters are very authentic and unique in taste e.g. Paella, Baked dish with seasoning bread, moussaka, Polenta etc..”
La Quello – Mediterranean Kitchen has a very rustic and green ambience which has live money plants installed in total of 480 water filled wine bottles. Unique elements in interior chosen from all Mediterranean countries and assemble at one place. A special feature is the live wood fired pizza kitchen that allows customers to see for themselves the high standards of hygiene maintained. “The plating and presentation of all the dishes, from the starters to main course to desserts is definitely praise worthy,” says a customer. “Their desserts are so good that a lot of people place their dessert order before the main course!”
