Our recent tour to Gir National Park was Lionfull!!!
Total count of lions was 29 (including repeat sightings in different safaries)!!!
This was truly an action packed safari for many reasons - a lions blocked our road for a long time, cubs were bonding with mom and the pride, a lioness climbed the tree right in front of us, we got surrounded by the pride on several occasions, lions passed by our safari (became a new normal for our guests), a changeable hawk eagle was feeding on a monitor lizard kill, spotted owl and scoops owl gave us lot of time to admire their beauty for a long time...
We have been consistently doing the end of the season tour when the park closes on 15 June and the most loved "First Day First Safari" as the park reopens on 16 October. And these tours are pure joy!

This late post from our recent tour to Jawai will give you a reason to join our next tour from 18-20 July. This was a action packed tour where we saw a leopardess with cubs on several occasions, a piggyback moment of sloth bear carrying her cub, birds of forest and wetland, a mating pair of leopard, a high tension moment between a leopard and slothbear and most exciting of all - the jeep safari on steep granite hills!
